PESCEAZZURRO WITH TELETHON

Until 2021, we stood alongside Telethon, the foundation that funds and promotes scientific research to combat muscular dystrophy and other genetic diseases

Since 2006, we have supported Telethon, donating the association 1 cent for every meal consumed in our self-service restaurants. An apparent small amount which in 16 years has managed to grow, thanks to your presence, to over € 60,000.

ALL FOR ONE, AND ONE FOR ALL FLOOD IN THE MARCHE REGION 15/09/2022

From 3 December 2022 to 31 March 2023, for each meal consumed within the Pesceazzurro Self-Service Restaurants, 5 CENTS WERE DONATED to the areas affected by the FLOOD OF 15 SEPTEMBER 2022 in the MARCHE REGION. € 3,550.00 were donated to the Civil Protection of the Marche Region.

PESCEAZZURRO BIO, PLASTIC-FREE!

In 2014, PesceAzzurro chose to eliminate plastic from all self-service restaurants. Dishes, cutlery and glasses are completely 100% biodegradable.

A choice that has saved the environment over 650 quintals of plastic to be disposed of.
At PesceAzzurro, water and wine are distributed through convenient beverage dispensers, which have eliminated more than 2 million plastic and glass bottles.

These are our gestures of responsibility towards the environment, the sea and its precious fruits.

UNPREDICTABLE NATURAL EVENTS

PesceAzzurro with those who have suffered the unpredictability of nature.

From the floods of Senigallia to the earthquake victims of Finale Emilia and Arquata del Tronto. PesceAzzurro has donated 5 cents set aside for each meal consumed in its self-service restaurants on the Adriatic Riviera to the populations of Central Italy affected by natural disasters. An act of solidarity that underlines the value of “cooperation” present not only in the statute, but also in the heart of PesceAzzurro. In addition to the 5 cents allocated to the people of Senigallia, in 2014, and to the inhabitants of the areas affected by the earthquake, in 2012, the chefs of the fishermen’s cooperative reached the civil protection of Finale Emilia with more than 600 quintals of fresh Adriatic fish, offering 1300 earthquake victims a complete PesceAzzurro menu. Moreover, in October 2016, PesceAzzurro delivered to the Municipality of Arquata del Tronto, a town affected by the earthquake, the €3,075 collected with the solidarity campaign that took place from 1 to 30 September, in the five premises of PesceAzzurro, Senigallia (An), Fano (Pu), Cattolica (Rn), Rimini, Milano Marittima (Ra).

PESCEAZZURRO, ZERO WASTE

Two starters, a first course, two main courses and a side dish. A truly generous seafood feast, that you cannot always finish. The cooks of the PesceAzzurro fishermen’s cooperative not only like to offer a different menu every day, but also love to see a perfectly clean tray! As a result, when your appetite may be too little for the six courses of the complete menu, in PesceAzzurro restaurants it is always possible to “take your leftovers with you” by asking to take away the dishes that you have not consumed.
